Terms and Conditions: Winter Wonderland Event 2016 ...




*Age Restrictions:*


*Participants must be over 1 year of age.* The event uses props and design parts with small parts. The set is unsuitable for younger children.
Please DO NOT book your child in if they are under 1 year old. The photographers and staff reserve the right to refuse bookings or participation if the child to be photographed does not meet the age criteria. This is for health & safety and insurance reasons. You will not receive a refund of any booking fees paid.

*Booking Fees:*

Your booking fee of £15 secures your personal session. Reservations require immediate payment via credit/debit card (online or via 01594 715399). If your payment fails, or you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, non-paid bookings are cancelled, without notice, and the slot released to other interested parties. Bookings are not transferable between clients, or venues. If you need to change the time of your session, please call 01594 715399. If we can offer an alternative time slot, we will transfer your booking fee to your new time slot, provided it is for the same venue on the same weekend, at the discretion of the team leader for your particular event. Your booking fee is returned to you on the day as either a credit to use towards your order (if applicable) or refunded to your card.

*Failure to attend or cancellation policy:*

Your booking fee is not refundable in the event that you wish to cancel your session, or fail to attend. We may be able to refund it after the event if we can successfully fill your slot with another booking. Refunds are made at the discretion of the team at your event. You should contact 01594 715399 if you will not make your session.

*Parental Responsibility:*

You are required to accompany your child at ALL times during your time with our team. All parties who wish to view and purchase images, or whom you will need to confer with about product choices and budgets, should attend on the day.

*Photographic and recording equipment and mobile devices:*

No cameras, video recording devices or mobile phones are permitted to be used in the photography studio or the presentation room. Please note: Mobile phones cause interference to our equipment. It is for this reason alone that we ask you switch them off inside the photography suite.

*Spectators:*

A maximum of 2 spectators please. Too much distraction in the room make our jobs difficult. Spectators other than parents (or persons with parental responsibility on the day) may be politely asked to step out for a while so that our photographers can do their best for you - Please do not be offended :)

*Purchases:*

This is an opportunity to purchase enchanting artworks of your child. We would appreciate, that if this is not your main objective, if you would consider letting slots be booked only by those families interested in the end product.

*Delivery of Artwork:*

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days of your order date. Delivery will be made digitally, via dropbox, free of charge. There are options for delivery on USB stick or CD and these are quoted on the day for your consideration with no obligation or pressure. Where USB or CD is chosen, a contribution to post and packing of £2.95 will be required, or, you can collect your USB or CD from the studio Free of charge.

*Late arrival:*

Late arrival at your appointment will result in an inevitable shortening of your childs mini-session. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early for your session time. As we are running mini-sessions is is important that we start on time as it may inconvenience other clients and the staff and create time pressure all around, which we would rather avoid if possible and make everyone's visit an enjoyable one! We try our hardest to run all sessions on time, but please bear in mind, every family has different needs. Where there is likely to be a delay we will let you know and help you out.

*Installment plans:*

As these sessions and packages are greatly reduced and only available at this event, our installment plan will not be available. We have aimed to give clients all the product information before booking so that budgets can be considered ahead of the event.

*Ordering Artwork:*

We do not offer online viewing in any circumstance. The only time to view and chose your images is on the day, at your appointment. We DO NOT archive images that remain un-purchased. We are unable to make a refund once digital images purchased have been sent to the client unless they are faulty.

*Marketing and promotion:*

Sheryl Long, Photographer reserves the right to use images from your session, without any name or location details in their advertising, marketing, PR and promotion, be it printed matter, on facebook, on the website or other platforms. If you wish to opt out of this then please Uncheck the box on your registration form on the day.

*Copyright:*

Sheryl Long, Photographer and its respective photographers and affiliates retain copyright of all images taken at your session at ALL times including that relating to all intellectual property including, but not limited to, the set, props and costumes, work methods and business model.

*Currency:*

The only currency accepted is british Pounds - Sterling

*Ownership:*
